Metro Apartments Reservations & Group Booking Terms Overview

Booking Rules:

  • Advance Notice: Group bookings require a minimum advance notice of 5 working days to ensure adequate preparation.
  • Deposit: A deposit is required upon booking to secure the reservation. This deposit is refundable according to our cancellation policy.
  • Rate Confirmation Clause: Rates are subject to seasonal change without notice unless payment has been made. Please verify and confirm the rates displayed on our website at the time of booking to ensure accurate pricing and booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation Policy: A clear cancellation policy is in place for group bookings, including penalties or deadlines. Please review our detailed cancellation terms during the booking process.
  • Check-in/Check-out Times: Group check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Specific times will be communicated to ensure a smooth turnover between guests.
  • Contact Person: We require the designation of a contact person responsible for the group’s conduct during their stay.
  • Photo Identification: All guests in the group must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
  • Check-In/Check-Out Times: Group check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Adherence to these times is essential.
  • Early/Late Check-in/out: Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and attract a fee of 50% of the rack rate.
  • Prepayment Only: Metro Apartments operates on a prepayment basis. We do not accept credit payments.
  • Forex Payments: Payments in foreign currency will be made at the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Refundable Caution Deposit: A deposit of 50,000 NGN or 10% of the stay (for stays of 10 days or more) will be charged before check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 2-3 working days after check-out, subject to inspection. Any deductions will be communicated accordingly.
  • Visitor Policy: Prior approval is required for more than 6 visitors in an apartment. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
  • Smoking Policy: All apartments are strictly non-smoking. A penalty fee of 50,000 NGN will be charged for each smoking complaint received, not per stay. This charge will be enforced every time there is a reported violation of the smoking policy.
  • Parties and Events: Hosting of parties or events in the apartments is not permitted.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments. A penalty fee of 150,000 NGN will be charged if any pets are found.
  • Respectful Stay Guidelines:
    • Respect the noise curfew of 11:00 PM for a peaceful environment.
    • Turn off AC and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment for an extended period.
    • Handle apartment keys responsibly; lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
    • Use furnishings, appliances, and fixtures with care. Furniture should not be rearranged.
    • Wash your dishes after use.
    • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
  • Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 6 occupants is allowed per 3-bedroom apartment, and 8 occupants per 4-bedroom apartment.
  • Reception Contact: The reception number is 101 for assistance or inquiries during your stay.
  • Right of Cancellation by Metro Apartments: Metro Apartments reserves the right to cancel any booking without prejudice if there is a breach of the above-stated rules or if suspicions arise regarding non-compliance with house rules and policies. Such cancellations will be at the sole discretion of the management.
  • Data Protection Clause: Metro Apartments is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We adhere to data protection regulations and ensure that your data is securely handled and not shared with third parties without your consent.   • Extended Stay Bookings: For bookings longer than 30 days, please contact us directly at reservations@metroapartments.com for special rates and arrangements.
